BUFFALO, N.Y.- After spending the Blizzard of 2014 helping those who needed it the most, the Buffalo City Mission is about to get some help of their own.
Local printer Paul Roorda has designed a t-shirt and sweatshirt that says "I Survived the Blizzard of 2014" and is donating a portion of the proceeds to the city mission.
The city mission was in a code blue for the duration of blizzard, which means they open up extra space to provide a warming shelter for the homeless.
Roorda says he frequently works with the city mission and that the organization was a big cause for his late mother.
The shirts are available for $10 and the sweatshirts cost $20. Both prices do not include shipping.
