Feb. 15th- Paul Robeson Theatre

Every family has it's dark secrets...But how well are they concealed? And what happens when the past comes back to haunt us? This is the basis of the current production called "Branches from the Same Tree" at Paul Robeson Theatre.

Celebrate Black History Month at Paul Robeson Theatre with "Branches from the Same Tree", running now through March 9th at the African American Cultural Canter located at 350 Masten Avenue in Buffalo. Directed by Paul Robeson Theatre Artistic Director, Paulette D. Harris, the intriguing story of what happens when family secrets and lies are revealed was written by Marjorie Eliot, well known for her Harlem Parlor Entertainment jazz sessions.

The cast features Alphonso Walker Jr., Ayana Williams, Leon Copeland, Debbi Davis, Charles Everhart, Annette Christian, Andy Finley, Sandra Gilliam and Shawn Robinson. Curtain time is 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 4pm on Sunday followed by an Audience Talk Back with director and cast. Tickets are $25 for general admission, $22 for seniors and students with a valid ID, and $15 for industry professionals. Group rates are available.
