Buffalo Gets Down at World's Largest Disco

BUFFALO, NY - The World's Largest Disco hit the Buffalo Convention Center with one gigantic rhythm stick Saturday night. The party has been held every year since 1993, raising millions of dollars for Camp Good days and Special Times.

Disco Queen Gloria Gaynor was the musical guest of the evening. She was joined by two-thirds of the Brady Bunch (Barry Williams, Chris Knight, Mike Lookinland and Susan Olsen, who portrayed Greg Brady, Peter Brady, Bobby Brady and Cindy Brady, respectively).

Also in attendance were former teen heart-throb Kristy McNichol, known for her role as in Buddy Lawrence in "Family," and her brother Jimmy McNichol, best known for his role as Jack Fitzpatrick on "The Fitzpatricks" and Vincent Butler on "California Fever." Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, Freddie "Boom Boom" Washington in the hit series "Welcome Back Kotter," took the stage and so did dance legend Deney Terrio, host of the hit TV show "Dance Fever" and the man who taught John Travolta how to dance.

The annual event always sells out quickly with all the money raised going to charity.
