I've always had a passion for weather since I was 7 years old. Like most kids, I wished for snow days, and I love big snow storms (especially lake effect!), thunderstorms and changeable weather in general.

I'm a Buffalo native and graduated with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Meteorology and in Communications/Journalism. After working at television stations in North Carolina, St. Louis and Rochester, NY, I returned home to work at WIVB and now am freelancing at "The Deuce", WGRZ.

I also enjoy helping out charitable cause and serve as the Annual Giving Director for the Strong Kids Campaign at YMCA Buffalo Niagara. In my spare time, I study voice at the Eastman School of Music and also play piano and flute. I love to sing with symphonies and in the shower, too! :-)

Interests:  You're most likely to see me around town at a concert, the mall, movies or singing some where around town.

On the weekends I love to:  Bake, exercise, sing, pray, shop, go to concerts and sporting events and spend time with family and friends.

The high school, college or pro sports teams I root for are The Sabres, Buffalo Bills, Duke Blue Devils and Coach K.

If I'm watching a movie or listening to music, it's probably ...well for music, it's anything from Sting to Mozart.

I have an interest in many music genres, including pop, R&B, jazz, classical, heavy metal, alternative, hip-hop, Latin, Brazilian. Movies: The Bourne series and anything featuring Denzel Washington. He's my favorite actor.

I am passionate about: Western New York weather, music and fund raising.
