HAMBURG, NY-- From now through June, a massive convoy of wind turbine parts might slow you down.
The parts are being moved daily between 9 A-M and 3 P-M from Hamburg to Arkwright in Chautauqua County.
State Police will temporarily stop traffic along the route which includes Route 5, Route 179 (Milestrip Road), McKinley Parkway, Route 391, and Route 219 in Erie County.
The route also includes Route 219, Route 242, Route 394, I-86, Route 60, Route 20 and Route 39 in Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties.
Starting April 23, up to four convoys will be sent each day through June 12.
