ORCHARD PARK- Buffalo Bills receiver Sammy Watkins (foot) has been cleared to practice.
After missing the last eight weeks with a foot injury, Watkins is eligible to return to game action.
Currently, he remains on the Injured Reserve/Designated to return.
Bills head coach Rex Ryan said Watkins will be limited in practice on Wednesday.

Rex on who will be back from injury first: Watkins or Jack Eichel
Running back LeSean McCoy will also be limited for Wednesday's practice.
McCoy had surgery on his left thumb on Sunday night in Buffalo.
His status for Sunday remains in question, but Rex is optimistic as long as there isn't a setback.
Former Bills head coach Doug Marrone will make his return to Buffalo on Sunday when the Bills host the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Marrone was hired as the Jags' assistant head coach/offensive line coach months after stepping down as Bills head coach following the 2014 season (on New Year's Eve, in fact).
Rex has not forgotten what happened vs. the Jaguars last year in London.
4th Quarter. 3:04 left. Bills up 31-27. Jaguars ball.
Bills cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman gets flagged for pass interference on 3rd & 15.
'Twas a bad call.
Two plays later, Jags QB Blake Bortles hits WR Allen Hurns for the 31-yard go-ahead touchdown.
Bills lose 34-31.
Rex is still unhappy with the call...and the referee.
