ORCHARD PARK, NY - Tyrod Taylor will not practice on Wednesday because of a knee injury and is considered "day-to-day". His status for Sunday's game against the Colts is now up in the air.

Taylor has a patella tendon contusion he suffered in last week's game against the Patriots. He was carted off in the fourth quarter but got hurt on the first play of the game.

Sean McDermott said Taylor's running ability with a knee injury will be a consideration to whether or not he plays. McDermott also adds it's about his ability to "execute the game plan".

If Taylor can't play, the Bills will turn to rookie quarterback Nathan Peterman.
