ORCHARD PARK, NY - Bills' kicker Stephen Hauschka is now "day-to-day" with a hip injury after taking a cheap shot from Jets' defensive lineman Henry Anderson after a blocked field goal at the end of the first half of Sunday's 27-23 loss.

"There's no place in football for it," head coach Sean McDermott said Monday afternoon.

Hauschka stayed in the game but missed a 54-yard field goal in the second half but then made a 29 and 36-yard field goal.

After the game, he told 2 On Your Side's Heather Prusak he went to get X-Rays after the game. He also said it impacted the way he kicked the ball in the second half.

"I was doing my best just to get my foot on the ball, it definitely stiffened up my body," Hauschka said Sunday night.

"It's a shame that he took the hit that he did. I thought that should have been called," McDermott explained.
