McCarron, Peterman banged up in Sunday's practice

Both A.J. McCarron and Nathan Peterman got hurt on Sunday but both finished practice.

PITTSFORD, NY - Once again the big story from Bills training camp is the quarterbacks only this time it's about their health and not performance.

Both A.J. McCarron and Nathan Peterman were banged up on Sunday but both finished practice.

McCarron's right leg was stepped on during an 11-on-11 drill. He limped off the field, came back in for a few plays then came back out and had a trainer look at his right ankle area. He stood up and then slammed his helmet on the ground but eventually went back in and finished practice with the second team offense.

Peterman's right arm was hit towards the end of practice. He fell on it awkwardly and after had a trainer looking at his right shoulder. That happened on what would have been his final play of practice.

The Bills are back on the field for another morning practice at 8:45 a.m. on Monday.
