PITTSFORD, NY - One of the big storylines coming into Bills training camp is how would this new coaching staff respond to defensive lineman, Adolphus Washington's arrest?

He was arrested earlier this month in Ohio on a weapons charge after having a gun in his hand when approached by officers in the parking lot of a water park.

"I was disappointed and also thankful that nobody got hurt. In terms of Adolphus, right from the start he's been great in terms of the communication from the time that incident unfolded," head coach Sean McDermott said.

Washington spoke to the media after practice for the first time since his arrest.

"I can't really say much on it, it's still on going but one thing I can tell you is I learn from my mistakes," Washington said.
