BUFFALO, N.Y. — A tweet from President Trump on Tuesday raised an important question heading into the election:
Can I change my vote?
In New York, you can change your vote, only if you submitted an absentee ballot.
If you want to change it, you would need to vote in person, and your absentee ballot would be thrown out.
If you've already voted in person, however, your vote cannot change.
