BUFFALO, N.Y. - We're digging deeper into numbers that show that there's a lot of money being poured into one local race in particular: the contest for Erie County District Attorney.
That's the heated match-up pitting Democrat John Flynn against Republican Joe Treanor.
You've probably seen plenty of their TV ads recently.
Our Michael Wooten looked through finance records and found that the county Democrats just gave $30,000 to Flynn's campaign.
The county Republicans, meanwhile, have bought $24,000 in ads over the last day.
While we don't know how much went into the D.A.'s race, they have told us that this is a race they are focused on.
