BUFFALO, N.Y. - During Sunday night's Presidential Debate. Republican candidate Donald Trump made it a point to talk about Democrat Hillary Clinton's record with job creation in Upstate New York.

When Clinton was serving as New York Senator, she promised 200,000 jobs for Upstate New York. Her efforts fell flat. In fact, The Washington Post looked at jobs data and found that upstate job growth stagnated overall during her tenure, with manufacturing jobs plunging nearly 25%.

We asked former Trump adviser Michael Caputo who has been talking to Trump about Hillary Clinton's upstate jobs record. Watch the video above to see his answer.
