CITY OF TONAWANDA, NY — A Cheektowaga man is facing felony driving-while-intoxicated charges after officers saw him driving on the wrong side of the road on Main Street early Saturday morning.

Prince Phillips, 33, told officers he was coming from the casino and had "over five drinks." A breath test revealed a blood-alcohol-content of .14. He was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Saturday.

Phillips was charged with felony DWI, operating a vehicle over a .08, speeding, imprudent speed during a rainstorm and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Phillips was held on $500 bail.
