CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. — Officials in Chautauqua County say they've found the body of a woman who had been reported as missing earlier this week.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office say the body of Diana Chase, 74, from the village of Panama was found at 5:13 p.m. Wednesday in a wooded area near Hoag Road in the Town of Harmony.
The sheriff's office said the cause of death "appeared to be natural."
Chase, 74, had last seen walking on Blockville Watts Flatts Road, around 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
Police had said earlier this week that she suffered from Alzheimer's Disease and was in need of medical attention.
