BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Crews responded to a water main break Monday night near the Buffalo Central Terminal.

Buffalo Fire Dispatch said they received a report of the main break around 8:15 p.m. at Curtis and Newton streets.

The dispatcher added at that point, the Buffalo Water Department had been notified and were responding.

The break caused at least several inches of standing water in the area.

Later Monday night, a Buffalo Police spokesperson said that no customers were affected.
