Tempo owner denies cheating servers out of money

Tempo owner and executive chef Paul Jenkins has denied allegations that his employees were cheated out of money and tips.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Tempo owner and executive chef Paul Jenkins has denied allegations that his employees were cheated out of money and tips.

Five employees that were servers at the Buffalo restaurant sued the business in July. Their attorney, Ian Hayes of Creighton Johnsen & Giroux, said they are owed close to $300,000 in damages.

The group of employees is seeking class-action certification. They include Kevin Blair, Joseph Burgio, Michael Dolce, Brent Millet and Kyle Shrader.
