Taste of Buffalo is one of the nation's largest food festivals. The festival is in its 34th year and there will be 55 food vendors, six wineries and hundreds of thousands of people.

Even if you have been every year, there are new things for you to try. That includes 14 new food trucks and restaurants.

Vin Chet Gluten Free Bakery in Snyder is one of the new restaurants. They will be bringing a rainbow sherbet cupcake in two sizes, chocolate chip cookies in three different sizes, a raspberry ring coffee cake and fresh-made granola. All of it is gluten free.

Vin Chet owners Nancy and Anthony said it is a good opportunity for them to be a part of Taste, both for their company and for their customers.

"The last 10 years, we decided to re-brand ourselves as an exclusively gluten free bakery," Anthony said. "Within the last five years, we've [become a] 100% dedicated facility. Buffalo has so many great events in the area and they can't attend all of them because of the food and they worry about cross-contamination. So we felt that as a gluten free bakery, we would have a nice presence there."

Taste of Buffalo kicks off downtown at 11 a.m. Saturday.
