FREDONIA, N.Y. -- October marks a time when colleges across the country celebrate homecomings.

SUNY Fredonia welcomed alumni back with a special event Sunday -- a College Symphony Orchestra Alumni Reunion Concert. The concert was held at King Concert Hall in the Michael C. Rockefeller Arts Center.

Traffic Tracker 2's Carl Lam, a SUNY Fredonia alumnus, helped organize the group and performance. Performers were all alumni, 96 of them in total from the classes of 1965 through 2016.

It all began with a Facebook group created one year ago, but got enough of a response that the concert was moved from a 500-seat venue to a 1,100-seat concert hall.

Dr. David Rudge conducted the free concert.
