BUFFALO, N.Y. — When the calendar flips to September, the Seneca One Tower will see some new tenants moving into the 38-story Buffalo landmark.

"It's a big occasion," said developer Douglas Jemal, who is undertaking the $120 million makeover of the former bank headquarters.
