TONAWANDA, N.Y. -- Town of Tonawanda Police say they have located the van and the driver they were looking for after a suspicious incident Monday involving a 13-year-old student.

Police are questioning the man to find out what his intentions were.

Police asked for the public's help locating the vehicle after a 13-year-old student got off the bus at Talbot Road and Northwood Drive Monday afternoon, police say he noticed the van parked a few doors down from his home. When the student walked past the van, a green or possibly blue 1996-2000 Dodge Caravan or Plymouth Voyager, police say an older white man with long gray hair in the van stared at him. The van driver also "revved the engine," as he stared at the student.

The van driver continued to stare as the student walked up a driveway and into his home. The van driver then stopped directly in front of the boy's house and continued to stare.

When the 13-year-old came out and snapped a photo of the van, it left.
