BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A Buffalo business owner with a criminal history has once again been indicted on federal charges.

46-year-old Todd Cameron of East Amherst faces a total of 15 charges after he allegedly filed false tax returns and transported and sheltered illegal aliens.

Back in 2005, Cameron pleaded guilty to fraud and larceny charges after he took hundreds of thousands of dollars from customers in a mass construction scam.

Cameron then started up Buffalo Roofing Company and is accused of falsely reporting his income from 2013 to 2015. The complaint also claims he employed six immigrants for his personal financial gain.

The charges carry a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. An attorney representing Cameron has denied all of the new claims.
