PORTLAND, Ore. – It’s no secret that Oregonians love yoga. We also love our farm animals, and goats are some of the friendliest barnyard buddies there are.

So of course there’s a place in Oregon that combines the two. And news outlets around the world can’t get enough of it.

At No Regrets Farm in Albany, yogis mingle with friendly goats while they vinyasa out on the farm during Goat Yoga. The goats aren’t exactly trained, so they just kind of hang out, snuggle up to participants and sometimes jump on their backs.

The added health benefits of having a goat around while you’re working out are unknown, but there’s no denying it’s adorable.

News outlets including the Irish Times, the Huffington Post and even T News in India agree.

You can’t just show up to a Goat Yoga class. The program is so popular that there is a waiting list. To sign up, email lainey@yourdailygoat.net.

Or, you know, you could just get a goat and do a downward dog and hope it jumps on your back. Namaste.
