AMHERST, N.Y. -- Amherst Police are asking the public to be aware of a drill that will be held at Daemen College Tuesday morning at 10:00.

The drill may make it appear like there is an emergency at the college, with multiple emergency response activity on the campus.

Officials say they do not believe traffic will be affected by the drill.

Certain areas of Daemen College, such as around the Wick center, will be accessible during the training.

The drill will involve members of the Amherst Police Department, Daemen College staff, Amherst Emergency Services, Snyder Fire Department and the Twin City Ambulance Company.
