BELMONT, N.Y. — A couple from the Southern Tier faces grand larceny charges after State Police say they stole more than $15,000 from a senior citizen.
Investigators say William and Terri Hartman were the powers of attorney for the victim.
Allegany County Adult protective services tipped off troopers to the alleged misuse of funds.
The couple is due back in court later this month.
