BUFFALO, N.Y. -- City of Buffalo crews continued to clean up from Friday's thunderstorms on Saturday.

Those storms took down hundreds of trees and branches, resulted in several power outages, and affected traffic signals.

City forestry crews say they received over 100 calls regarding some type of tree damage.

Officials said most of the tree clean up would be finished by Saturday night.

And National Grid reports that power has been restored to all but a few Buffalo customers.
