BUFFALO, NY — A Buffalo man is facing driving-while-intoxicated charges after a breath test indicated that his blood-alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit.
Stevie Edwards, 59 of Buffalo, was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Edwards' vehicle was stopped after an officer observed it cross the fog line and the center divider line multiple times on the I-190. Edwards failed field sobriety tests, and a breath test indicated a BAC level nearly twice the legal limit.
Edwards was charged with DWI, drinking alcohol in a vehicle on the roadway and two vehicle and traffic violations.
