BUFFALO, NY — Hundreds paid tribute to loved ones lost Sunday by lacing up their sneakers for the 22nd annual Hospice Buffalo Memorial Walk.
The 5k walk or one mile Fun Walk took place at Canalside and included a picnic lunch sponsored by Wegmans, games, prizes, mascots, face painting, music and much more.
"This a great tribute for family and friends to celebrate the lives of their love ones and at the same time support Hospice Buffalo," said Patrick Flynn, president of the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
