WEST SENECA, NY - The all clear has been given at the Home Depot on Ridge Road in West Seneca.

The store was evacuated for a short time Wednesday morning after an employee found items that are all sold at the store in a 'suspicious location'.

West Seneca Police, along with the Erie County Sheriff's Department responded after being contacted by the store.

Lt. James Unger says an employee discovered some sort of device in a box on a shelf in the store's lighting department. He recognized that it was out of place and the police were called.

The device was x-rayed and found not to be explosive in nature. The store has since re-opened.
