CONCORD, NY-- Three adults are facing several charges, including child endangerment, after deputies found drugs in the vehicle, along with a child.
Officials say deputies stopped a vehicle on Genesee Road in the Town of Concord early Friday morning for vehicle and traffic violations.
There were three adults in the car, as well as a five-year-old child.
One of the deputes recognized one of the adults from a prior arrest. After talking to the three subjects, the deputies called for a K-9 to assist in the traffic stop.
Officials say they found packages of heroin and hypodermic needles. They also found prescription drugs, crack cocaine and other drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
The three adults, Dana Lichy,30, of Salamanca, Tracy Griffin, 35, of Sinclairville and Richard Farnham, 50, of Sherman are facing several drug charges, as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
Investigators say all three admitted to deputies that Griffin's child was in the vehicle when they drove to Buffalo to purchase the drugs.
