ROCHESTER, NY — A Rochester truck driver and photographer has been arrested on child porn charges.

U.S. Attorney James Kennedy announced Wednesday that 60-year-old Richard Wolfe, of Rochester, faces a minimum of five years behind bars and a max of 40, should he be found guilty.

Wolfe is a full-time truck driver, but also works as a professional photographer - and has taken photos of minors.

In March 2016, a Canadian law enforcement agency executed a search warrant on a mobile chat app and found that between April 2 and April 7 of 2016, the account "rickyraz15" used the app to share 331 images of child pornography.

That account was traced back to Wolfe.

On Halloween of last year, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Buffalo executed a search at Wolfe's residence on Legran Road in Rochester, seizing cameras, hard drives, memory cards, CD's, a laptop, and more.

A preview of files on one of Wolfe's hard drives found several child pornography images and to date, over 2030 images and videos containing child pornography have been recovered.

Wolfe appeared in court Wednesday and was released on conditions.

Members of the public who have information related to this case are urged to contact the HSI Buffalo Office at 716-464-5931.
