EAST AURORA, N.Y. — You might remember the pictures of the car that smashed right through the front of a house on Knox Road in East Aurora.
The District Attorney now says Kevin Eggert, 22, was driving drunk at the time of the crash.
He's facing several traffic violations as well and is due back in court next month.
