BUFFALO, NY-- A Buffalo man is facing 25 years to life after being charged for last month's shooting on East Delavan near Cortland.
The Erie County District Attorney announced Monday Jonathen Malone Jr., 19, of Buffalo, has been charged with second degree murder.
On March 22, Malone allegedly shot Dimitris Morgan, 26, of Buffalo, killing him at the scene.
Malone pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail.
