BUFFALO, NY - A 19-year-old has been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in Buffalo Friday.
The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced Monday that Areyona Favors, 19, of Buffalo, is facing one count of second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of NaKara Morgan, 21, of Buffalo.
Favors allegedly stabbed Morgan at a house party on Schreck Avenue in Buffalo around 11 p.m. Friday. Morgan later succumbed to her injuries at ECMC.
Favors is due back in court for a felony hearing on August 23. If convicted, she could spend 25 years to life in prison.
