BUFFALO, NY-- The 13th annual Gowns for Prom campaign is now underway.
Colvin Cleaners will be spending the next month collecting thousands of donated dresses from Western New Yorkers.
In April, girls will be able to choose a dress and then have it altered for free.
Donations can be made at Colvin Cleaners, Allstate offices, Reeds Jenss and select DMV offices.
