JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – Customers waited in long lines at the Sam's Club in Jamestown on Friday.
The desire to get inside while they can comes one day after Walmart officials announced the store would close along with 62 other stores across the nation. Two Sam's Club stores in the Rochester area and one in Syracuse will also close.
Lawmakers including State Senator Cathy Young are asking the company to reconsider.
The Sam's Club is set to close on January 26.
