Apartments and artists studios planned for Richardson complex

The company is working with the Buffalo firm of CJS Architects on final design work.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The next stage of development planned for the Richardson Olmsted Complex includes renovating two buildings into apartments, artists studios and gallery space.

Savarino Cos. will invest $17 million to turn Richardson Buildings No. 9 and No. 13 into the residential-anchored project. The two buildings could house 71 apartments, six artists studios and gallery or exhibition space.

Richardson Building No. 9 is attached to the Hotel Henry complex, and Building No. 13 is connected to Building No. 9.  Read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website
