Forever 21 warns of possible credit card data breach

The brand says complete findings are not yet complete.

Teen and millennial fashion retailer Forever 21 issued a statement Tuesday warning customers of a potential data breach that may have compromised credit card information.

According to a statement issued by the brand, the company received a third-party report suggesting there may have been unauthorized access to data from payment cards used at certain stores.

Card transactions made at stores between March 2017 to October 2017 may have been affected. The brand says complete findings are not yet available.

The company also says it has launched an investigation into its card payment systems and security. It also encourages customers who find unauthorized charges connected to their cards to contact their bank immediately.
