BUFFALO, NY - Western New York just got one step closer to its first veterans' cemetery.
Senator Chuck Schumer announced Monday the VA has finished buying the land it needs to start building the cemetery along Indian Falls Road and Route 77 in Pembroke.
He's urging the VA to start work as soon as it can, though we don't when it will open yet.
