BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The annual Courage of Carly Fund Holiday Party was Monday night at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, offering pediatric cancer patients an opportunity to get in the Christmas spirit.
With gifts from Santa, crafts, games and carnival rides, among other things, the children and their families had a night of holiday fun.
The holiday party is just one event the Courage of Carly Fund puts on for children with cancer and blood disorders. Throughout the year, the Courage of Carly Fund offers support programs and events to make life more manageable for pediatric patients and their families. The Courage of Carly Fund supports children, teens and young adults fighting cancer as well as pediatric cancer research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
