Lancaster Man Accused in Fatal Hit and Run in Court

LANCASTER, NY - A man involved in a fatal hit and run in Lancaster two weeks ago was back in court Tuesday.

Michael C. Ettipio, 23, waived his right to a felony hearing in Lancaster Town Court.

Ettipio is accused of driving drunk when he struck and killed 14-year-old Bryce Buchholtz, who was riding his bicycle.

Ettipio faces several charges including vehicular manslaughter.

His case is now headed for a grand jury.
