ATTICA, NY-- A Lancaster woman is charged with DWI after Troopers say her blood alcohol content was over three times the legal limit.
Troopers say they received a report Saturday evening of a vehicle operating erratically on Exchange Street in Attica. Troopers located the vehicle in a snow bank on Exchange Street.
Troopers say the driver, Lisa A. Ciezki, 45, had a blood content level of .28%. She was charged with aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely.
She was released to a family member.
Ciezki's will appear in Town of Attica court on January 26th.
