BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A second former parking meter worker for the City of Buffalo pleaded guilty to stealing from those meters.
57-year-old James Bagarozzo admitted he stole $210,000.
He faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a possible fine of $250,000, or both. He must also make full restitution.
