WESTFIELD, N.Y. - Police have arrested a man in connection with a break-in that happened on Rt. 20 Friday.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says Michael Sexton, 36, kicked in a door and broke into the home. Sexton then left the home before police arrived.

Westfield Police found Sexton in his car a short time later. Police chased Sexton after he ran from his car.

Sexton is charged with criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, burglary and DWI.

Sexton is from Erie, PA.
