TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. -- Police in the Town of Tonawanda are searching for a man who robbed a bank.
At approximately 4:40 PM on Friday, the Key Bank branch located at 2344 Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Town of Tonawanda was robbed by a single suspect who, via a handwritten note, indicated that he had a firearm. No weapon was displayed.
The suspect, described as a white male with a darker complexion, 5'9-6'0 tall, with a medium build, fled in an unknown direction with an unspecified amount of cash. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Town of Tonawanda Police Department via their confidential tip line at (716) 879-6606.
