Ingredients:
4 slices breakfast ham
4 eggs
1/2 onion, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
4 6 inch whole grain wraps
1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Directions:
1. Caramelize onions in macadamia nut oil.
2. Add ham to onion pan and cook until desired doneness. Cook eggs on top of ham and onions, making an omelette style, circular egg mixture.
3. Add cheese on top and place in wrap.
4. Roll and serve!
