Dr. Derek,
"I am a woman nearing 40 and am trying to lose weight after having a baby. I am almost 6'0" and weight about 210 lbs. I have tried many diet programs, but never counted calories. In addition I hear you mention protein frequently. Would a good strategy be to focus on a certain number of calories and grams of protein/day? If so, what would be my target for each?"
