BUFFALO, NY-- A Lancaster man who struck and killed a Depew teenager last July, will not be going to prison after pleading guilty to charges of reckless driving.
That's because a judge has agreed to sentence him to probation on the misdemeanor charge.
Radames Candelaria killed 18-year-old Ashley Creighton after he fell asleep at the wheel.
