For Lancaster # 3 Sean Murray had 11 and # 15 Tyler Lis was also in double figures.
Lancers head coach Paul Rath said after the game that he still can't figure out why his team gets off to such slow starts and he added that needs to change especially with a game coming up against St. Joe's Thursday night. He told Two On Your Side after the game "hopefully we can slow them down in the first half, first quarter especially. The first four minutes are going to be huge."
St. Mary's ended St. Joe's season in the Monsignor Martin semifinals last year. Marauders head coach Mark Simon was in the crowd watching St. Mary's win Saturday evening.
