Squat Thrust - Push Up
1) From a standing position with your arms stretched above your head, drop into a squatted position with your hands on the ground near your feet.
2) Throw your feet back, putting yourself into a push up position.
3) Perform a push-up.
4) Again pull your feet forward to back to the squat position with hands on the floor.
5) Return to the standing position and repeat.
